AIDER Gran Canaria has been working since 1996 for an integral and sustainable development of the rural environment of the island. This project seeks to improve the competitiveness of rural areas and reduce differences with the urban environment. In addition, this non-profit association, among others, carries out activities to create employment, promote equal opportunities for men and women in rural areas and environmental sustainability.
